Protection Against Stalking (PAS) was formed by mothers whose daughters were murdered by their stalkers, along with professional experts to help create a consistent, professional and effective response to stalking and to support victims.

PAS had set up a National Stalking Helpline, support victims and spearheaded a unique and pioneering All Party Independent Stalking Law Reform Inquiry to review the legislation.

On March 8th 2012 PAS were invited to Number 10, where the Prime Minister announced that he would create a new offence of stalking. Currently, they are implementing training working with the Home office, Police and CPS and they are now setting up an advocacy service to help victims.
