Working not only to provide advice and council, Mosac focuses on the acute need of mothers and care givers who discover that their children have been the victims of sexual abuse. Founded in 1992, the group staffs a national freephone helpline, is used as a media resource to raise awareness, and runs workshops where mothers can meet and draw support from one another.
